WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We will gladly accept returns of unused, unwashed or defective merchandise (in its original packaging) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

WHAT IS BeeLu^TM MADE FROM?

BeeLu^TM is made from the finest materials which make its lightweight, compact design ideal for moms on the go. The outer covering is a plush minky which provides a soft luxurious feel. The inner support is comprised of Nu-Foam^TM which is a hypoallergenic 100% polyester foam that will not disintegrate or mildew, making it great for products exposed to moisture or repeated washing. Nu-Foam^TM is the inner material of choice for boat cushions, crib bumpers, deck furniture and playpen mats to name a few.

HOW DO I CARE FOR BeeLu^TM ?

Machine was cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Use only non-chlorine Bleach when needed. Tumble dry low. Do not iron.

HOW DO I USE BeeLu^TM ?

BeeLu^TM provides cushioned support for the baby (most importantly the head!) while relieving pressure to the forearm. The soft, luxurious pillow is tapered slightly with a lycra sleeve which provides a snug comfortable fit. With the palm of your hand facing upward, slide the wide end of the pillow onto either forearm with the cushioned side up and adjust accordingly (see diagram). The tapered end of BeeLu^TM should be closest to the wrist. Please use only as directed and never use BeeLu^TM as a pillow for sleep!

WILL BeeLu^TM FIT ME? ARE THERE DIFFERENT SIZES?

BeeLu^TM is a one size fits most arm pillow. The lycra sleeve provides a snug comfortable fit for most forearms. If the pillow does not fit, please see our return policy and we will provide you with full credit.

HOW SOON AFTER THE BIRTH OF MY BABY CAN I USE BeeLu^TM?

The BeeLu^TM feeding pillow can be used from birth until your baby weans from the breast/bottle and begins using a sippy cup.
